Someone drives by driving the car that I lust over. Someone delivers a great, entertaining and inspiring speech. Someone else sets off for a wonderfully exotic holiday. All good reasons for me to get jealous!

In his book ‘The Power of the Subconcious’,  Joseph Murray emphasises the importance of keeping the garden of our subconcious well weeded and free from negativity. With jealousy he suggests we simply look at the people we are envious towards and celebrate that they have attained such riches. We mentally congratulate them and wish them well and look forward to the day when we too will be enjoying such lovely things.

“Rejoice in the success, promotion and good fortune of the other. In doing so, you attract good fortune to yourself.” Joseph Murray.

Sounds good! Am definitely going to give this a go.
